  1. INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

    Considerations and evaluation for the adoption of the Data Protection Officer
    Sisem S.r.l., Data Controller, has assessed that the company does not fall under the cogency cases for the designation of the Data Protection Officer (RDP or even DPO), and therefore not

    3.1. FORM “CONTACTS” – Data provided directly by the data subject by filling in and

The candidate is informed that this collection will only cover “particular data” that are relevant for the evaluation of the professional aptitude of the person concerned, in so far as the acquisition of such information is strictly indispensable for the establishment of the working or collaboration relationship and contrary to the provisions of Law No. 300/1970 (cd. Workers’ Statute), Law No. 135/1990 and the rules on equal opportunities or the prevention of discrimination. These
    data are processed for the following purposes and in compliance with the relevant legal bases of the processing, for a period of storage not exceeding that necessary for the purposes of
    which have been collected and processed. The interested party is informed that by sending the form spontaneously and of his Curriculum Vitae attached to it, he gives his consent so that the Data Controller carry out data processing and communications of personal data common and particular to subjects and for the purposes indicated in this statement.
    3.2.1. Purpose: to respond to requests sent by the data subject via the application form,
    assessment of professional profile, aptitude and skills,
    recruitment and selection of staff for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship; or

    Categories of recipients of personal data
    The following categories of subjects may become aware of your data: Owner and subjects authorized to
    treatment, appointed in writing by the undersigned companies as partners, accountants and
    invoicing, sales agents as well as consultants, as external managers, within the limits
    necessary to carry out their assignment at our organization, by letter of assignment and/ or stipulation
    contract imposing the duty of confidentiality and security, as well as persons who need to
    access to data for legal advice, with purposes auxiliary to the relationship between the parties, such as
    the performance of existing contracts, to the extent strictly necessary to carry out their ancillary tasks
    entrusted.
    In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other parties involved in the organization of
    this Website (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators)

    processing, in addition to the right to data portability, the communication of such data and the purposes on which the
    processing. In addition, data subjects have the right to obtain the revocation of consent at any time
    without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal, the
    transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as updating
